Registration
Lake County Soccer Club uses Demosphere International, a secure On-Line Registration System for all our registrations. When you click on the appropriate link, a new window will open the Demosphere International Lake County Soccer registration page. When you have finished registering simply close that window to return to the Lake County Soccer website. Please read below for rates per program prior to registering. Partial payments are NOT accepted. You must complete the registration process for your child to be placed in our programs. Mail in checks are accepted.

Checks must be received within 5 business days of registration. Players not paid are considered not registered and will not be confirmed on a team.
REGISTER ON LINE or AT HICKORY POINT
All new players to Lake County Soccer Club must provide the Club with:
1) Clear copy of a Birth Certificate or Passport for FYSA age verification.
2) Notarized Health Insurance and Emergency Treatment Waiver (copy available below).
3) Two current 1" photographs for player passes.
Must be completed and turned in with registration to the Club's Registrar prior to commencing practices. Lake County Soccer Club, Inc maintains a firm policy concerning the refunding of registration fees. Any team transfer fees (player or team division) incurred will be the responsibility of the player.
Summer Clinic Refund Policy: If you register your child online and then withdraw them prior to start of a program, your refund will be 50%. NO REFUNDS will be issued after a program begins.
Traveling Teams Refund Policy:
If you remove your child from the program prior to State registration, your refund will be 50%. After State registration and prior to ordering a uniform for your child, your refund will be 25%. NO REFUNDS will be issued after a uniform is issued. All requests for refund must be submitted in writting to Lake County Soccer Club (see Contact Us). No uniforms or player passes will be issued without full payment. No partial payments are allowed. State registration means a player has been processed to a State organization (i.e. FYSA) and the Club has put in man hours to place the player on a roster.

PROGRAM FEES
IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (IDL)
Lil Bolts* Ages 4 - 6 $65 Introduction to soccer through fun and games.
Thunder Bolts*Ages 7 - 9 $65 Developmental Training through fun and games.
Strikers**Ages 9 - 11 $75 Developmental Training geared for Traveling teams.
*Participants receive a t-shirt, shin guards and certificate of completion.
Boot Swap program and shin guards can be picked up at this time.
First practice will be on February 11, 2010.
Tuesday and Thursday
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for the Bolts
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm for the Strikers
2009 - 2010 TRAVEL TEAMS
New players to the Club may begin to register for the Spring Season starting Dec. 2009. Spring season just $175. New players must also purchase two sets of uniforms for only $85. The two kits include jersey, shorts and socks. Players needing to order one kit $42.50. Additional socks may be purchased (not available online, contact Coach).
